Away to Europe

It is only 5 days until we leave for an extended European Adventure. We is MJ and I!  We fly on Monday September 9th to Atlanta for a flight to Zurich, Switzerland. We plan to stay in an Airbnb for 3 days in Zurich taking a train to Milan, Italy where we will stay one night only. 

Milan to Florence via train (well all the transportation will be trains for the most part) in Florence we have a VRBO apartment for 7 days. (This is an apartment of a friend of Harry’s whom we had dinner with 5 years ago) After Florence and a few day trips it is on to Rome for 4 days, then 3 days in Venice where we catch a ship for an Adriatic Adventure. Stops in Croatia, Montenegro and Greece. Back to Venice for a train to Milan for one night, flying home to Orlando, with a transfer in Amsterdam!

MJ will write her own blog on this site. You will be able to tell as she has better vocabulary and grammar!

I’m Not Ready Yet......Really?

Yes really.  We leave Monday for a month in Europe and I’m not ready.  Hurricane Dorian didn’t help any.  Thank you Lord we were spared.  Now it’s Thursday evening following a riotous day of Mah Jongg, and I still need to pack and work on this blog.  We have a floater week in our itinerary which Schim will tell you about and we need to figure out where we are going to go that week and then find a place to stay.  No reason to rush into this.  So that’s it for now...much more later.  Welcome to our trip.
